As a nonprofit organization that serves the public for free or at low cost, the facility is dependent on donations to meet ongoing expenses. It receives no funding or grants from any Federal, State, County or municipal sources. Please consider making a tax-deductible bequest or donation today. The State of California ratified Morbrook Institute's application for incorporation (#200376) as of April 22, 1997. The California Franchise Tax Board awarded Morbrook Institute an exemption from state franchise or income tax under Section 23701d of the Revenue and Taxation Code as of April 10, 1997. The Internal Revenue Service awarded Morbrook Institute an exemption (EIN 77-0456378) from Federal income tax under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code as of December 4, 1997. |
